Skiletics is open to adult club members, normally lasts around an hour and costs £2 each (bring cash). The aim of Skiletics is for skiers to train together to develop strength and fitness appropriate to skiing. Sessions usually start with an easy warm-up run followed by a circuit of various strength exercises. The sessions are organised by a member, but not run by a coach. Those taking part do so their own risk and should only do exercises that they are comfortable with
