The annual Clashindarroch Hill Climb (Time Trial) is the 2024 British Championship race!
Competitors will race on brand new, matched, classic roller skis (Swenor Alutech) – supplied by organisers. (Remember to bring your own poles and boots).

08:30 Meet and collect race bibs on recreation field in Rhynie (by the Church) – see link to map below
09.20 A shuttle service will take skiers to the beginning of the short race
09:45 First time trial starts (both races)
Please park considerately around the village (avoid Church car park and along race route).
Public toilets are available in the village.
Two race distances:
– 8.05km for adults & Youth (U16 and U18 only).
– 4.85km for Junior Youth (U12 and U14) & adults (or 14-17 yr olds) who choose to ski the shorter distance.

- 30sec interval start.
- Minimum age 11 on the day.
- Skiers U14 (born 2010-11) and U12 (born 2012 or later) can only race the short distance.
- No warming up or practising on the road at either start area.
- Race not suitable for novices. Skiers must be competent to roller ski on a public road.
- Roller skiing is a potentially dangerous sport. You enter these races at your own risk.
- Minimum safety equipment: helmet and glasses. Gloves and knee/elbow pads are optional.
- Races are covered by Snowsport Scotland Liability Insurance.
- All competitors agree to the Race Committee being the final arbitrators of any dispute.
- The organisers reserve the right to adjust the programme to suit entries and conditions.
- Entrants details will be kept only for the purposes of race registration, sending results and notice of future races. Please notify the organiser if you wish for these details to be deleted after race day.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS MIDNIGHT ON WEDNESDAY 22 MAY.
